Love is one of the most profound emotions we experience as humans. It’s bigger than us, meaning, though we can invite it into our lives, we do not have the control over the how, when and where love starts to express itself. Love has nothing to do with what you are expecting to get only with what you are expecting to give, which is everything. Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that range from interpersonal affection to pleasure. It can refer to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment. We can feel it everyday especially to someone who loves us, and if we feel loved were lucky for it. Love is so powerful, romantic and sweet but yet you could be cruel and bitter. You are an invisible oblivion that cannot be grabbed but yet you are the most powerful thing known to mankind. When you hit someone, you have got the capability to make that person sometimes look stupid, confused, childish or even silly and vulnerable. And that tends to justify the reason why some say you are blind. Love is a very powerful force. Even more so when it is focused into a coherent beam of destruction. Love is an amazing thing when it is used in the right way. People can use love and hurt you with it and others will just love you for being you. I think a lot of people use the word love and don’t understand the POWER that it has over that person, it makes people think and feel things that may not be there. I have been hurt by love in the past and I thought for a while that I could not love again… (can you after that one first true love?) I am still asking that question. I think love is what u make it, it can be out of this world and can take you to places you only dream of, and love can be hurtful and bitter if given to the wrong person. And love is very important because it is a Connecting with Another Human Being, It Is A Path To Self-Discovery, It Is An Excellent Source Of Motivation, A Reformer And Teacher and It Is The Greatest Feeling that you feel in your life.
Therefore, I conclude that love is the greatest part of our life that complete our personality as a human being in this world. So we better feel love every day in order for us to be happy whatever may happen.

The family is an integral part of every human. Every man is incomplete without family. A man is a social animal; in his life family plays an important role. A family means to have a man, his parents, his wife and his children all are living together. All family members share equal part while shouldering responsibilities within the family. This will make the family complete and all members are happy. This is very much required in the society as because a good family makes a good society and a good society makes a good country. (Kirsten Ann Repe) A happy man will work happily, behave well with others, and completes all his responsibility towards society and nation. A family is behind a happy man. There are numerous advantages of a family. These are: Family makes man complete human being, Men need someone close to share their happiness and problems.
This gap is fulfilled by a family, Similarly, people are living within a family is happier than a within a family makes all members protected and secure from outside conflicts, Children within a family are more active, quick learners and smart due to elders/seniors are guiding them, Love, strength, honesty, confidence are building within a child who brought up under the guidance of elders. This is only happening in a family, and lastly, the values of a family will impact on a growing child within a society.

Friends are people we love to spend time with. They give us company when we are lonely, support us unconditionally and accept us despite our shortcomings. They make celebrations fun, and they help us be ourselves. What friends do for us cannot be described in words. It is important for us to have friends but many of us find it difficult to strike up a friendship.
In finding a friendship you don’t need to expect too much. If we keep a few things in mind, it should be difficult to make friends. The first thing is to start a relationship with the right expectations. And, stop being judgmental because if you are too judgmental, you might focus only on the negatives and miss out on some of the finer qualities your friends might possess. Another important aspect of friendship is understanding that we all grow and change. Since we continue to grow, we continue to evolve.
Communication is also important in any relationship, and especially in friendship, it is important to communicate clearly what you are feeling. Honest communication leads to the right expectations. Always speak frankly about the way you feel. This ensures that your friend understands you for who you are and not the image that she might have created in her mind. It also ensures that there are complete acceptance and trust in the relationship. And trust is very important in having a friendship because if you trust one another then you can build a strong bond for the both of you and acceptance is indeed.
Therefore, I conclude the more acceptance there is, the easier it is to trust. Eventually, trust is the basis for any strong relationship. (Sweet Angela Bontes) But to develop trust you need to communicate clearly and be non-judgmental. Make sure you do your best to nurture the friendship.
Importance of Healthy Lifestyle

For others, healthy is being able to play with grandchildren or perhaps adhering to a weekly exercise schedule. Though the definition of healthy may differ between people, living a healthy lifestyle is a fundamental component to achieving your optimal mental and physical well-being.A nutritious diet contributes to a healthy lifestyle.
According to the authors of a March 2003 study published in “Age and Ageing,” people who engage in unhealthy habits — such as smoking, a poor quality diet, and physical inactivity — are at increased risk for premature health decline and death. Though many factors contribute to your overall health, diet and physical activity are leading determinants of your level of health and quality of life. A nutritious diet of whole grains, lean meats, vegetables, fruits and healthy fats is necessary for weight management. A balanced diet also helps maintain energy levels throughout the day. Regular physical activity, which includes a variety of aerobic and strength-building exercises, prevents weight gain that can lead to a plethora of chronic conditions. Additionally, lifestyle habits — such as not smoking and limiting alcohol intake — contribute to a healthy life. Allowing your body to rest each day by getting a proper amount of sleep is also important to achieving a healthy lifestyle.
Maintaining an active lifestyle can increase your longevity.Focusing on a healthy lifestyle not only improves your quality of life, but it may add years as well. Authors of a June 2002 article published by the “American Journal of Public Health” concluded that smoking cessation before age 35 adds 6 to 8 years of life while quitting at age 65 still adds 1 to 4 years of life expectancy. Being mindful of your diet, physical activity and stress levels allows you to effectively balance all aspects of your life and might increase your lifespan. Maintaining regular physical examinations aids with early detection and treatment of medical conditions. In addition, your doctor can recommend lifestyle habits that contribute to a longer and healthier life.
Therefore, healthy lifestyle is very important to each and every one of us because having a physically fit can prevent you from harm.
Educate the Illiterate

Education gives us knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better it also develops in us a perspective of looking at life. (Ericka Mae Nava) Many of us know that there are people nowadays that are less educated. Everybody has its own ability and skills to learn new and discover new things in life. No one is exempted in education because all of us has the right to educate ourselves. Uneducated people must know how important education because the information we have will not be converted into knowledge without education.
The most interesting and challenging part of life is education because you can try a lot of things that you never expected you can. Education makes us capable of interpreting things among other things. There are various ways on how to educate the uneducated people: provide opportunities in order for them to feel they belong, encourage them to speak out so that they can boost their confidence and challenge them so that they can be bolder and stronger in facing the different fields in education. Never underestimate or look down someone just for the reason they are illiterate because you can never tell in the near future they will blossom into healthy, happy and knowledgeable people who can contribute to society in important ways.
In conclusion, always have an open hand to help those people who are less educated because everyone has chances to learn new things. The most important lesson we can learn is not only in textbooks but in every experience in life. It’s never too late to educate someone because education does not require any age. Always remember if you are educated you will have a stable life and most especially you can turn your dreams into reality.
